People
At IMI, we believe a person’s heart is just as important as their head.
Which is why, if asked to describe an IMI’er in 3 words, we would say she or he is…
- Thoughtful
- Smart
- Fun
We also have A TONNE of collective experience as marketers and marketing researchers, so we know how to harness this thoughtful, smart, fun-ness to serve you better. In fact, a typical IMI’er has worked on more than 200 research projects during his or her career.

When Devon isn’t chatting big-picture ideas with his colleagues, he’s usually cooking for his friends and family, planning the next holiday, renovating, or attempting to brush the knots out of his two daughters’ hair. Favourite saying: If you find yourself with a lot, build a bigger table, not a higher fence. Least favourite saying: No.
